How do I configure Zong APN settings manually for hotspot sharing on iOS?

Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network. Scroll down to the "Personal Hotspot" text fields and enter zonginternet into the APN line. Leave the username and password fields blank, toggle Airplane Mode on and off, and your personal hotspot switch will appear.
