Yes, but only sequentially if they occupy different hardware nodes. An un-registered dual-SIM iPhone (e.g., Physical SIM + eSIM or dual Physical slots) gets 60 days of network connectivity per IMEI block, totaling 120 days. Once IMEI 1 expires, you must swap your cellular network registration entirely over to IMEI 2.
